• Skip the points which do not apply to you. 

• If in doubt, it is better to bring too many documents than too few. 

• All documents and information are required from both spouses and minor children, where applicable.

• All documents can also be submitted electronically.

• If not created by me, a copy of the last tax return can be helpful

• Optional: Tax assessment for the last tax return

• Indication of marital status (e.g. single)

• Denomination (e.g. Roman Catholic)

• Lohnausweise

• Wage statements

• Pension statements (AHV, IV, BV)

• Daily allowances (ALV/UV/KTG)

• Accounting statements of sole proprietorship, partnership

• Directly received family allowances (e.g. birth allowance)

• Receipts for income from securities, participations

• Maintenance contributions/alimony

• Gifts, inheritances

• Lottery winnings

• Contributions pillar 3a, purchase into 2nd pillar

• Health insurance annual overview

• Possible additional health costs (e.g. dentist)

• External childcare costs (e.g. daycare center, day structures)

• Professional expenses (information is sufficient)

• Costs for public transport or journeys (specify place of work)

• Lunch (specify number of working days)

• Education and training costs

• Maintenance contributions/allowances

• Donations/grants (e.g. Rega, Paraplegic Foundation)
